The cost depends on the amount of wireless touch pads needed, the hours of technical operation as well as pre and post event cost to edit the content and generate results data. Depending on the location of the event, there might be charges for show day plus the travel/set day. As well there could be overtime charges on any day more than 10 hours. Either way, it will depend on the specific event and the needs of the client. In addition to the cost above, you'll have travel and lodging expense for the technician and round trip shipping costs. Additional days are typically 70% of the equipment rate and full price on the technician daily rate.
