Cancellation fee of 50% will be made to requests between January 06, 2012, and January 27, 2012.

No refunds will be made after January 27, 2012. There is no charge for substitution.

An additional 3% charge will be deducted from all credit card refunds. You will receive an acknowledgment of your registration.
